Re: What do you do with your kills?
Skin and sell them. The fur is generally prime enough to be worth something Oct-February. In the county where I grew up there was a $5 bounty for coyotes year round too. Yotes are bringing very good money this winter. I have sold two this year - $40 for the first and $15 for the second which was a rubbed one.
Also coyote skulls make AWESOME euro mounts if you want to try that...I think I have seen guys buying coyote skulls somewhere for that. I have a couple I did that with.

I have one mounted that I killed with a bow. I consider this one of my best trophies.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

I normally hang em by there feet from a barb wire fence. I will eventually get one mounted, just normally don't feel like jacking with em.

I leave em lay unless they're big and prime. Last few I've killed had mange anyways.

I know nothing about coyotes, is the fur worth anything going into the fur season this fall? How do you find out what they are going for?
