Hey Dan,
Do those smallies hang around the dam all summer? I gotta get out and try for 'em with the new crayfish pattern I found called the Geezus Lizard. Looks like it should kill the smallies if they're hanging around rocks in fast water. They're kind of a *%&^$ to tie, but it would make it all worth it to feel the thump of a smallie.
