I'll be applying for a deer tag for next fall. I have seven points saved up. Anyone have recommendations on a unit for mulies? We are planning on rifle hunting.

I drew my antelope Buck tag also a general deer tag! Can't wait to get back. I wish they didn't change the leftover tags this year though. I was planning on buying a couple antelope doe tags because they are delicious!! Now I'm curious if I'll be able to get more then one tag in the left overs.

If your looking high country I'd say G, but you may be close enough point wise to look at a limited unit that may not have been hit as hard with winter kill.

I heard about the leftover tag drawing. I havent heard though if the unaccounted for tags after the drawing will be available over the counter? I was confused about that. Anyone know?
