Wolverine and 2 Badgers take on Elk

Unread postby walking river » Thu Jul 18, 2019 1:56 pm

I answered youngbuck917 's call for a partner on an elk hunt. He, another Wisconsin resident and I will be heading to Idaho at the end of August for a DIY elk hunt in the Beaverhead unit. We are all noobs at both elk and the mountains but the excitement level is high and climbing. I expect to be hot, cold, wet, tired and hungry and love every minute.

If technology cooperates I hope to have pictures and maybe video.

Sorry guys… I couldn't resist using that title. Hope to make revisiting this thread worth it in September.

Looking forward to how your trip goes. I’ll be reading your post.
