used to alot when i was a little buck ......( Squirrels/duck/geese/rabbits/doves/coyotes)
now ALL my time gos to whitetails ..and spring turkey :mrgreen:

Like many squirrel hunting is howi cut my teeth on hunting 3 years ago...still like the simplicity of getting back in the woods and honing the woods and hunting skills...love me some fried squirrel as a bonus to a nice hunt.

I love squirrel hunting. I just don't get to do it much now.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

I knew I was getting serious about deer when I stopped hunting my squirrel spots that overlapped my deer woods but Ican't deny it I will aalways hunt squirrel, Just love it

Yes I do 9 more days. Then I'll be chasing tree rats. My spots are no where near my deer spots...unless I find good sign....then I have to find new squirrel spots.

Brian I think you should try other ways to cook the squirrel. Thier most be 100 recipes for squirrel out there. You might like it if you find the right recipe for your taste buds.
