Here's one I almost stepped on this morning. Wompin stick and photo courtesy of my buddy. One of 3 today and by far the biggest moccasin I've ever seen.

That's probably the longest one just going off the pic I've seen, but not even close to the thickest. We've been killing them lately but most are 2 - 3ft and about golf ball size.

Looks like a bad sucker! I had one hit me two weeks ago scouting, thankful for snake boots.

Was the head oval shaped or similar to a triangle? Looks like it could be a water snake being that long?
I'm reason they call it hunting and not shooting.

I'll bring them to your house, but when you find one in your garage I bet you start killing them also. Trust me I could kill every moccasin I see and never damage the population.
