Re: Shed Buck Pictures
My earliest find was December 25th - Xmas morning. Suburban buck, but it was also an injured buck. I did find a couple in early January last year. My boss is the one that gave me the "heads up" about the suburban buck in his back yard that was injured. He called me Xmas eve to tell me that the buck was in his yard eating his bushes but had no horns. It had a distinctive limp. I went out the next morning in the wooded area by his home and found one half. His neighbor picked up the other half which was messed up.
My boss tells me today that he has several larger bodied deer in his back yard over the last couple of days...no horns.
Guess what I'll be doing between hunts this weekend?

Re: Shed Buck Pictures
dan that buck could now be scored as they accept them broken, right? anyways, i hope they dont start shedding down here by me, cause i got to slammers im hunting right now and that would suck. i got one small guy in racine where i hunt running around with one side dangling in his face for days now. i had to almost laugh when he walked by, i thought how annoying that must be.
