Jealous. Been applying since the hunt was introduced and didn't draw again! Wish you the best and post pics when you get one.

The season technically runs from Oct 15-Feb 28 but the quotas seem to be reached before that, forcing an early closure. I expect to be in forest /florence/ marinette counties

Super cool.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

Kill 'em all! Nothing screws up a fall pattern more than a pack of wolves!

Sounds cool. I keep saying I am going to apply for the MN wolf hunt but I never seem to remember before the deadline.

Good luck.

Good luck. Seems like me for my preference points. I just have to remember WY Elk is due in a month and I always forget about Bear in WI, screws me every time.

I drew a tag last year..... or so they tell me. I never recieved notification thru the mail. I found out when they sent me a survey asking me how my hunt went. Actually, I got 2 surveys. Somehow they seemed to make it thru the mail just fine. I made some calls and was basically told tough rocks buddy. They took my money, preference points and screwed me good. I have no respect for the WDNR any more. I no longer apply for wolf tags.
It was a long time dream of mine to get a wolf. That dream was ripped away by the wonderful WDNR. I hope they make good use of the money they stole from me.

Yes it sure does.
I'm planning to trap but its a very short window. Last year the zone hit quota in 8 days
