Learned a new one today a 4 straind braid. Would make an awesome lanyard for calls or a bino without the bulk of the cobra weave. MDe this one in a snow/predator camo make up

Looking at colors to add to the collection. Thinking gold and browns for a marsh or cornstalk coloring.

And please if anyone has feedback on an item/colors they would like to see Let me know

Braided turkey tote!

Still working on the shoulder strap but more than likely will be a cobra weave.

Recieved my belt yesterday and flat out luv it! Great handmade product from an even better all around good guy!
Thanks Burk

been getting a few questions about how the totes work or how i design them to work so i did a quick pictorial for everyone

when i make your items whether belts, slings, totes whatever i ask alot of questions. this is so i can build it to you. nothing i make is cookie cutter and i want to tailor it to you so its "yours"

when you one of my tote it come like this
Image

when you go to use it make sinch loops with the metal loop and free rope up to the braid.

Image

once looped feed the head of the bird through one loop and the feet through the other as shown with my simulated turkey  Some also put both loops around each foot just so to not have to hold onto the feet. if this is your intent i can build a handheld version so to shorten the tote a bit.

Image

once cinched down you can do a single shoulder or cross body carry... i like cross body

hope this helps clear up some confusion on how to use it.

Double cobra into a 4 straind weave turkey tote could also make these into bino straps

Had a request to match to realtree extra Think I did ok... tan outer to match the base of the cake then multicam to mimic the busyness of the rest of the camo

Received my Lanyard and my gun sling today from burkhart. Absolutely love them. Highly recommended and he tailored them to exactly what I wanted!
