Re: just picked my 2014 archery buck pose
I seen one similar to that about ten years ago from a taxi in Freemont MI, but it was biting and pulling the arrow out of it's side. That Coombs mount could probably be made to work with an arrow too. Nice form either way.

I like your confidence.
You cannot invade mainland America. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass.

Depends, this is a wall pedestal so it won't be on a base, just on the wall. Its normally $550 but I got it for 500 since he's a buddy of mine. I do have two bucks being mounted on an actual floor predistal made out of old barn boards with a birch tree and habitat scene, its around $1200 but that's with two bucks on it.

My next one is going to be the sneak pose I think.
I'm reason they call it hunting and not shooting.

Hope I kill a buck I can't not take to the taxi this year...

Re: just picked my 2014 archery buck pose
I was thinking of doing the same pose with the same kind of pedestal and barn wood too, just with aspens instead of birch(big difference right), only thing is my wife thinks the dog will knock it over but I think she's crazy. I shot a tall mule deer and am putting it in our finished basement but the ceilings are only 8 ft so I don't think a wall mount will work.

Re: just picked my 2014 archery buck pose
sorry for bringing a thread back from the dead, but I'm ordering my form for my deer from 2014 and was wondering if you got this back yet? I really like this form and but want to see some more actual examples.
