Great buck and the mount looks really well done also. Congrats! Based on your posts, I think we will be seeing more of them from you in the future.

I sure hope so, they seem to be getting bigger as I go but I gotta close the deal w better shots.

:lol: Sorry I got a case of buck fever, I may not be able to handle that caliber of deer.

Congrats dark knight and I really appreciate the write up along with the pics! These moments are really what it's about. I don't think you should be so hard on yourself about the shot or having to shoot twice. You did all you could to be as ethical as possible.
