Taxidermy Forms
What are y'alls favorite forms? I like Revolution's stuff. Got my 2016 deer done on Revolution's Intimidator form and it came out nice. I'm not crazy about McKenzies, but they seem to be really popular.

Re: Taxidermy Forms
I don't have a favorite but for my own deer I would look at Matuska, Revolution, Ohio Taxidermy Supply, the old Ben Mears carried by McKenzie and the new Ben Mears that he sells himself, Joe Coombs, Headquarters, and McKenzie. Some might require a little alteration such as some of the McKenzie's have narrow muzzles and wedge-shaped heads, the OTS appear to have short necks, some of the Coombs forms come with slightly twisted muzzles or the symmetry is off from molding, etc. Those are all easy fixes. I just try to go with a pose and turn that shows off the rack the best.

Re: Taxidermy Forms
From a taxidermists point of view... For the deer in my area, Ohio Taxidermy Supply can’t be beat. For one, the anatomy is very correct. Fuller face than Mckenzie which is good for our deer. Their foam is less dense and much easier to work with than mckenzie’s. I appreciate the way the forms are sculpted to accept antler sets, use less Bondo that way.
My other favorites would be Coombs and Mears forms

Re: Taxidermy Forms
My favorite for northern deer were the Joe Meder forms (I think Mckenzie bought them?) they are perfect for northern deer.
