I actually trained under Tom Sexton and Joe Meder when I was competing in the taxidermy world. Tom was doing amazing things back then with antlers - I actually held some of the largest racks in the world, and some repos of some crazy bucks, while I was there. He is also an incredible artist and his fish taxidermy was crazy good as well. And Joe seldom has a lack of outstanding bucks in his shop :)

Your post brought back some great memories for me -thanks.

Not big on repairing busted tines but I certainly can't knock that work. The fix looks fantastic; don't know if I have ever seen a more seamless, realistic, repair.

Great buck as well. Congrats Muddy!
