If she is frozen solid, then just let her hang till she thaws out. Nothing is going to spoil while she is frozen. If a person takes a deer to the locker that's all they do - throw it in the freezer right away till they have time to work it up.
If you have an attached garage or porch or something that is above freezing (but probably not room temp), bring it in there the night before you plan on working it up.
More often the lower legs and side meat get froze solid, the rest isn't frozen yet, so then you can still take apart the quarters and bring them in to thaw a bit as you work it up.
