Awesome thats a great buck! You guys are a dedicated for sure with snakes and southern creatures down there. That would probably keep 99% of northern guys out of the woods let alone IN THE WATER! Lol
It sounds like it was a great time in the woods, and time well spent together.

Lol thanks guys. Yea with the cold weather we were more worried about hypothermia than cold blooded critters. But honestly once I saw the size of the buck if a reptile tried to get between us and that deer I would wish him luck in the encounter. If that buck was going to die we were going to recover him, come heck or high water, literally.
