My uncle is the one who got myself and my cousin(hunting partner) into hunting and has put us on tons of deer, bear, and turkey. It was only fitting to reciprocate what hes done for us our whole lives.
We put him in a spot we had scouted in the spring and only had one hunt on all season. At 4PM the main fram 9 with stickers and a spilt brow came wondering out of his bed by him at 20 yards, and he put a perfect shot on him. I was hunting not far from him and got to share the experience of recovering the buck, which was awesome.
I'd love to share the photos with you guys on here, but I just cant figure it out. So if anyone can lead me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
Good luck to everyone in the field today!

Re: 2017 Buck Lineup
Got it done on the 29th. Gross scored 140" (if that matters lol) my biggest buck. Had an incounter with him the eve before but my bro (who was shooter) couldn't close the deal. Next day hunted the ridge where he beds. With just an off wind. Wind swiched mid hunt causing him to switch beds (just like Dan talks about) to one 60 yrds from me. Hour later doe came 20 yrds in front of me, he gets up to investigate. Smoked him at 10 yrds. I'll post the video when I'm done editing.
