Stan was really one of those few people who you meet in life who stood out in both their ability, beliefs and courage of their convictions. It seemed from some of his posts that for good parts of his life hunting big bucks was the #1 priority no matter the cost. I always respect that kind of person as that kind of passion brings with it major sacrifice. He truly lived the way he wanted to live and you have to admire that. I will truly miss the master of the one word post! Hunt on stan!!

Sorry to hear about Stan's passing.
I enjoyed Stan's wit and wisdom through his posts.
A never ending quest for knowledge and absorption of nature through hunting.

I joined the beast in 2014. I have posted a little but mainly have enjoyed the learning curve this site has provided. I always respected and enjoyed reading Stanley's post with his wisdom and knowledge. He will be deeply missed but not forgotten. God bless Stanley and his family
