The first buck the larger of the two is my 2019 Ohio buck. This wasn’t my target buck, but second, mature 8 that I had only three pictures of all season. Went out In gun season sat off a saddle wanting more consistent wind about 150 yards. expecting thermals to still be dropping in the morning before it heated up. He came in around 8 first time seeing him and managed to get two shots off one at 60 yards second one at 20 before he went down in the holler and avoiding an awful drag. Second deer the smaller 8 point sat up on a n/e wind watching finger points (expected bedding) and he came up the hill and shot a round off before he got directly down wind. Heavy pressured private probably 20+ hunters per mile I was very proud of this deer for the area I was hunting.

On ground in ghillie suit, nov 15th, came down trail 25yds. He stopped directly in front of me, hard quartering away, sent arrow in behind ribs straight up thru him, went 60yds piled up. First Buck, besides couple spikes.

Haven't been on here in a while. I was blessed to get a chance at a really unique deer on Dec 30th, IA late muzzleloader season. A 7x6 typical, probably 6 years old based on three years of history. Will post story in kill zone soon

2019 Minnesota Rifle season. Family farmland in central MN. 1st buck down at 8:20 am on opening morning. 2nd buck(the bigger boy) down at 8:20 am two mornings later. Both bucks where nose down chasing the ladies...Not very happy with my marksmanship on either of the bucks but they are in the freezer now.

Jan 6th, 10:50am Southern Ohio. Still hunting a point and spotted him feeding. 65 yards with the smoke pole dropped him in his tracks!

Got him December 3rd in his bedroom after a 5+ hour wait for him to get up out of his bed, I gave in and put on a spot and stalk and killed him at 9 yards. 7 years old this year.
