Kind of looks like high ground pine to me, got a topo of the area? Hard to tell from just an aerial with either because pine/cedar can look the same.

Your right topo shows it to be a hill guess I haven’t grasped the meaning of a cedar swamp.

Yea i think a set area would look more black on aireal view so ive been told on here

Here’s another photo of a cedar swamp. The black lines are circling the cedars. Everything else is hardwoods or grass. Thick cedars show up almost “puffy”like in a photo.
