Hunting corn fields for bear

I've been hunting a corn field for bear in New Hampshire and I was trying to figure out what I can do different there is a small finger if woods the runs between the corn and a hay field it's more of a ditch with a small brook with lots of trees on the sides on the other side of the corn field there is a big river the bear never comes from the same spot when he enters the corn any ideas on how I can get some kind of pattern on it
