Also Burk if the list gets congested, I was able to participate last season, so if someone needs my slot that's cool with me. If there is a slot available, any time frame is good with me. I will be glad to give it a run :)

Thanks for doing this again this year

Walnut is a beautiful wood for making anything.
I can participate again this year if that’s OK? Last season the Beast call pulled in a Tom for my daughter during Kentucky’s youth weekend, she is to old for Kentucky youth hunt and too busy for Indiana youth hunt this year.

So I can give the call a try during Indiana’s opener. April, 25 (Wednesday) to April, 27 (Friday). I can then put it in the mail for the next person April, 28 (Saturday). Hopefully they would receive it that Monday or Tuesday. Like others I am flexible and willing to change dates.

Guys that have said they would like to give the Beast Pot and run, and not specified a date.... could you post when a good 4-5 day period or please post when your birds will be in season

Thanks

Yes this would be a good start.

I’d say let’s try to have it in someone’s hands on Friday through Monday each week and in transit the other times.

I could also come up with mailing labels if everyone gets me addresses before I have to send it off.

I have the call for the 3/16-3/19 period. Need to find someone that wants it the next weekend.

Backstraps, if you want, I’ll work on an excel sheet Monday morning displaying who gets it when and what’s open. We’ll go in priority of the posts in this thread already and go from there.

We need the people with early seasons to claim it early, and late seasons to take it late so that everyone gets a chance. Should be able to have 11 users if my math is right and every weekend can work out.

Burk, hope all is well.

Sounds like a solid plan.

I would like to request Friday 3-30 through Monday 4-2 if that is okay.

Since Friday to Monday is going to be the plan? My date can change to April, 27 (Friday) to April, 30 (Monday) if that works for everyone?

I've finally worked through this. This schedule is tentative. We can change it if needed. Dates are setup Thursday - Sunday. Then you could obviously hunt with it on Monday morning and send it on its way. I tried to go in order of when everyone signed up and tried to setup dates that would work for everyone. I think I was missing dates on doecollector & Muddy, tried to set y'all up when your seasons are open.

03/15 - 03/18 Thwack16
03/22 - 03/25 Open
03/29 - 04/01 Backstraps
04/05 - 04/08 Buckshot20
04/12 - 04/15 Jwilkstn
04/19 - 04/22 doecollector
04/26 - 04/29 Oneflag
05/03 - 05/06 Muddy
05/10 - 05/13 Tgreeno
05/17 - 05/20 Rutstrut
05/24 - 05/27 Gsj4
05/31 - 06/03 Open

If everyone will pm me addresses, I will have labels printed. If not, you'll have to pm the person sending it to you to get that straight.

Need people for the open dates. Would need a Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina guy for next weekend.

Think we'd need a New Englander for the last open date.

Unfortunately I have had something come up thats going to be keeping the turkeys safe around me on opener this year.

So I was hoping someone else could utilize my slot on the above list.

Thanks
