Pick you out a space on the wall for two and go get em!

Re: No room for anymore Turkey fans
The only fan I have on the wall is from my first public land gobbler. I have all my beards just pinned on a cork board in my garage. I probably won't do another fan unless my daughter takes one, or my hunt was extra special/memorable for some reason.

Re: No room for anymore Turkey fans
I took a bunch of turkey fans to a local antler auction (along with a bunch of sheds) a couple years back and sold them. Don't remember what I got for them, except for free space back in the house.
The antler auction is coming up in March and I'll probably make another run up there.

Good luck! It ain’t deer hunting, but, I suppose nothing really is? It’s fun when they respond and come working in like they’re supposed to.
I inherited this mount, it was my grandpa’s first monster gobbler. This is in my son’s room, and my daughter is jealous; would like to get something similar made this year so she can get one too.

Bowhunting is not for the faint of heart. But fortune favors the bowed.

Stack them up to save space.

Re: No room for anymore Turkey fans
I seen that style of stacking fans just by accident one day while online. Here’s a link it but it’s on Pintrest. I do not have an account to look at it but maybe it will get you started on how to mount the fans like that.

Re: No room for anymore Turkey fans
Fans i save for decoy use, I have a few fans mounted in my man cave to offset the deer mounts and those turkey fans are the special ones (first longbeard, double with a best friend, etc). Then I have a piece of thin barnwood where i take the spurs and tie them up with paracord, then send a nail thru the paracord and the beard to a piece of barnwood. It nice to have a stack of beards and spurs on a board and is definitely a non hunter conversation piece.

Re: No room for anymore Turkey fans
Turkey fans don't mean much to me anymore. Unlike antlers, they're pretty much all the same. I thought about making some crafts with the feathers in the future. I think it would be reallly cool to make a war bonnett out of turkey feathers.

Re: No room for anymore Turkey fans
the Only keepsake I have is spurs. I cut them off with a hacksaw and run a string through them to display all the spurs in one spot.
