On the board for 2020. Doubled up today on some public birds, both with bows. I finally got my spot and stalk opportunity and Jon shot his over some decoys without a blind.

Re: Live from the field 2020
Late report from this morning. Got out early trying to find one on the roost. Heard one gobble a few times but could never pinpoint where he was. Wasnt in a historical roosting area for this place and the leaves make everything seem so far away. Gave up on him shortly after daylight and went looking. Found nothing but that's how it goes. Drove around a little before work and not many birds out in the fields by me. Oh well always tomorrow

New area. Wasn't able to pinpoint a roost last night due to storms, but went to a place that I thought I heard a shock gobble Tuesday night. (only heard it once)
Walked a mile and a half back and heard one far off. Kept moving toward it, probably gobbled 4.more times, then went silent. Hoping to hear him again. Super thick fog.

Re: Live from the field 2020
Congrats everyone! Took my second hunting for the 2nd time yesterday and sealed the deal again. He's good luck and spoiled! Homemade decoy "Timmy" has been killing it the last couple of years too. I swapped out the beard and some fan feather's from our Tom last week to give Timmy a makeover. That's why Timmy looks different in the pics.
Yesterday's bird.
