well..after my uncle missing this deer on film with a muzzleloader..got 3 years of history with this buck..and after watching trail cameras i found one side of the shed..this buck is 3 yrs old and i knew about it from day 1..i got 1 picture of the buck on camera on December 13th with one side on..i found the shed laying right inside the bucks bed right where i expected it to be..i looked for the other side but couldnt find it yet..i forgot my digital camera to takes pics before i picked it up so i got a few at home to show you guys..it scored 65 1/8 inches...as a slick 8 pt. at 3 years old...the G2 was 12 inches and the G3 was 10

Good find! Especially since you already have his sheds from previous years. He'll be a heck of a buck..Good luck finding the other side!

Nice find that makes me wanta get out and get'em 2.I was curious if you have a pretty balanced Buck / Doe ratio . I read that in a balanced herd all does will be bred on the 1 st. cycle .So in turn the bucks testosterone level will drop sooner since there are no does left 2 breed Which will cause antlers to drop .And on the other side in an un-balanced herd where the bucks have more does to breed later there testosterone levels will stay higher, longer which will cause them to drop later. You or anyone ever heard this b4 ?

Congrats!! I have been keeping a close eye on my trail cameras waiting for them to start dropping, but nothing yet.

Way cool find and great history with that buck. Real nice 8 pointer and will only get bigger next year.

Good luck with him.

Congrats! Looks like a sweet buck... gonna be a tank next year.

Checking cameras today....

A friend emailed me with pics last night of a 3 year old that dropped in the past 48hrs. I would imagine he will have both in hand by the end of the day! He knows where the buck typically beds/feeds
