I’m really good at finding other people’s stands. Does that count for anything?

Not to brag but I have a pretty long list:
I do very well at getting my truck stuck in the mud.

I have been blessed with the ability to track mud in the house.

I'm a natural at performing emergency medical attention to self inflicted wounds.

God has blessed me with the ability to come up with quick excuses not to attend parties and weddings.

A unique ability to find the only spot in the house to put my dirty clothes that will send my wife into a frenzy

Trained myself well in the art of selective hearing.

It's no problem for me to locate the only down log in a pitch Black Forest

Trained Overseas in the arts of procrastination

I read the thread and was not coming up with anything. I can do many things but "good"?

But this quote above is probably me
Sit allll day.
Wife and friends ask "what do you think about"
I say nothin. Just hunting

Hard for me to answer! Before I had these ill effects of my Chronic Lyme. I'd say I was good at walking all day. Which helped with off season scouting and also while gun hunting for both whitetails and mule deer. Got into quite a few bucks just covering ground. Searching for sign to sit on or just ending up spotting a buck. Usually in remote areas. It also helped when I was chasing bugling bulls.

Like Stan I could always sit for long periods in a treestand, without a book or game, etc. Just enjoying whatever show nature put on for me. I could also sorta daydream but still pay attention to what was going on around me. At times I'm sure I looked robotic with how I kept scanning with my head and eyes.

Today I'm good at watching hunting videos. Especially Dan's. I think I'm good at gleaning all of the info out of them. Which has helped me with cyber scouting. I've found lots of promising areas. But just don't have the "legs" to confirm if they're good or not. I've shared some of these finds with some Beasts I'm closer to, so hopefully I can live through them. To confirm my hunches.

Im good at learning the idea and approaches to hunting whitetails are so vast and can be done so many different way it's always interesting. You can be a public land hunter or someone who manages farm and goes about land manipulation Rather than finding the honey holes. It all peaks my interest and fortunately enough I have opportunities to try it all. When you need a break from one route and idea the beast and youtube has a completely different route you can pursue to gain knowledge.
