That would be a negative....haven’t even taken the bow to the woods yet. New job is killin my hunting time...total 180 from my season last year. Going to try and cash in a little vacation during prime time and hope for the best.

Great hunt! Congrats. You are living life this year.

Take with a grain of salt - I talked to a handful of residents in WY about antelope hunting and they told me to always hold on hair - difficult to estimate range without a laser range finder and always look further than they are. Plus if you do a dead hold for the furthest you can for your rifle, it is likely 300-325 yards, then if you hold up for the spine you get another 4 or 6 inches and it is more like 375-400 yards. These ranges are approximate and I've only shot 2 40# yearlings - one at 25 yds and one at 330-350 yds. Held 2/3 up on the 330-350 and hit him about perfect.
