Picked up a few. Nothing serious though....

Never seen that one. He gross scored 148 7/8”. Can’t imagine what he would have blown up to with another year or two. Wasn’t a real old deer.
Man that sucks. What a deer.

Re: 2021 shed thread
Central mn near st.cloud. have walked miles and miles with my sons and the dogs who love to chew antlers and have only this to show. Anybody know if they've started dropping yet around here? Live in the city so I don't get to see the deer too often unless they stop through to feed on our bird feeders.

That’s definitely the craziest looking shed collection that I’ve ever seen... are they wild white tails?

100% public land. The one that got bent over is probably the craziest one I’ve ever found. If you look close it broke off a point at the split which would have closed up in a complete circle. I found the one with the long main beam yesterday. The beam length was 23”.

Re: 2021 shed thread
My son found one from the truck last week. It was under 6” of snow and an inch of ice. Just the tips sticking up. He said “dad, stop there’s a shed” I told him I doubted it and handed him my binos. Sure enough he was right.
Got a couple warm days and most of the snow was off yesterday and he picked up the other side.
Glad he spotted and dropped them in a field we have permission on. Heck a of 6pt matched set for a 12 year old.

Found a couple this morning, but it’s still early....lots of snow in the woods. At least I’m already ahead of last years total!

Re: 2021 shed thread
A lot of them are still carrying around here it seems.
My nephew had five bucks on his Iowa County cameras holding both sides as of last weekend, and only one that had shed his antlers.
I glassed a nice one out feeding on the edge of a standing cornfield/food plot(?) on the way home from work tonight in Sauk Co.
He was still carrying both sides too.

Re: 2021 shed thread
I’m finally on the board, not that I’ve been looking a ton I just haven’t had much time and our snow is finally gone. I ended the day with 5 sheds and 1 dead head. Only 2 sheds which was a match 5 feet from each other were fresh and the other 3 were old. The one is in really bad shape and the oldest one I’ve found to date. I walked for 4.5 miles in 5 hours. It’s been pouring all day today so I’m back to working on my new bathroom project
