Trout Fishing

I quit! lol I have tried to up my trout fishing game the last couple of years, I cant say enough how incredibly frustrating it is. lol They just don't bite my lure or bait, guys to my right to my left, catching fish, using same bait, same technique, they just dont like me lol.

Haha I can definitely relate. I haven't tried it in years but remember going as a kid with my brother or cousins and they'd always catch more than me.

They can probably see your line or hook, try clear 6 pound line with small snell hooks.
It's all fun and games till someone looses an eye..... then its just fun

Ultra lite fluorocarbon, hook with a worm, and a small sinker 18-24” away from the hook drifted a few times along the bottom of every deep hole and you’ll catch trout all day long in every stream in the US.

Might get looks from Fly fishing purists but you’ll get your limit and have a great time doing it.
