Re: 2021 Turkeys
Went on a little tour yesterday evening with my binos and saw two separate flocks in different locations with numerous Toms strutting. Granted, I don't have a tag until the last season so no telling where they'll be by then but still nice to see every spring.

Re: 2021 Turkeys
MN season opens tomorrow with a high of 36 and 16 mph winds. Seems almost fitting hahaha. Setting up about 150 yards from the roost site with a pop up. I am still very new to bowhunting turkeys so it should be fun. Need them to cross a road is my one worry.
How early in the morning does everyone set up their blinds for turkeys? I am not ready to go full draw without a blind.

Like Szwamp, my tags are late.
But I have a private field near me that doesn’t allow hunting and there were at least six, maybe seven, toms all doing their Arnold Schwarzenegger poses next to each other with the ladies milling about. The deer are taking advantage of all these eyeballs being grouped together as well because they’re out at all times of day amongst the turkeys.

Prestrut in full effect in the cold. Set up near a roost and apparently under a single jake. Watch 20-30 birds and only got 2 hens and another jake even slightly interested. Lot of posing by the big guys in MN.

Our season opens in the morning.
Crazy that you guys have been hunting for weeks and my state hasn't even opened yet.
I'm headed to the wma to camp, turkey hunt, shed hunt for a few days.
