2023 Shed Thread

Pretty much done looking for sheds, for the year, now that turkey season has started around home. All but one were found on our farm. 20230421_104143.jpg

Much boot leather, many aching muscles, hours afield.

Well I found my lone shed for the year. It was laying 100 yards from my kill tree too. Awesome spot that just hasn’t panned out for me yet. Public.



Notice the 1/2” copper plumbing coupling next to it in the last pic. This thing is stupid big. Pretty sure it’s a year old.

Long story short, I don’t believe this deer lives in this area other than for wintering.

Was out cutting up some trees that fell onto my brothers fields, the other day. Found this one laying out in the field, first one I've ever found on his fields.

End of March- mid April with all the snow this yr
