Found a deadhead broken in half yesterday.
This one would've had some serious mass to it if it had lived a couple more years.

Lucky Dog on those elk sheds. All mine are half burnt up when I find them on fires. Don't have a nice clean one. plus I'm limited on flight weight. You'd laugh at the stuff I ditched to make weight with a big shed duct taped to the outside of my bag. :lol:

Anyone finding any?? I found one so far in the end of January but nothing since. Probably won’t really get going here in southeast Wisconsin for another week or two??
