I’d like to get out but we are still locked in snow and the deer are yarded up and barely hanging on. Don’t want to put any pressure on the deer. We’re going on 4.5 months of winter. Guessing I’ll find a lot of dead deer when it finally thaws out.

Same here. Sounds like everything is dead in Southern WY and Northern UT

The northern part of the US has serious snow this year. Tough for the critters.

I was prepping a bit for next season. Found a strange "hanger". Not quite a shed.

On the ground was a spine part. Not sure how that rib ended up between the trees.

I found these at the end of October while scouting for rifle season. Nobody has ever saw it and I haven't found any big sign from him. The snow is still thigh deep, so I haven't been able to do anymore scouting for his bedding area yet.

Thanks guys!!! I decided to take a short cut through a 10 year old clear cut and found them. It was somewhere I never walk.

So are you going to quit your job, get a divorce and spend every minute of the next couple years hunting him?

Because if not, I'll shoulder the task if you send me the GPS coordinates and any other pertinent information!
