I just want to say that I was searching high and low for an editor to do the editing on the show. We tried several editors and either we could not pay enough, or they were to far away to work with me on a regular basis.
Meanwhile Chad kept asking for a chance. He did not have much of a background in editing but when I said he would need to take a good editing class he immediately enrolled in a major class and bought the computer and equipment needed... Just like hunting or anything else, attitude is everything. He is really starting to impress me.
