The BEST part is it was not crazy expensive! Epoxy floor, barnwood wall and trim, drywall, canned lighting, 3 custom build doors, mud and paint! All in less than 10k for 500sq ft. Pre Covid construction costs :lol:

Walls were roughed by builder so that obviously would be additional $$$$




I was gonna ask u about the floor
I’m about to do it.

How/what was the prep?

How/what was the prep?


Basement was done by LifeStyle Garage out of IL. Prep on this floor was minimal…. But typically cracks need to be filled and sanded smooth.

It was a quick process with around 7 days of hardening/drying process
