2 WV bucks

I actually posted this in the deer hunting thread without realizing to post in the kill zone section.

My pops killed this mature 8 point on opening morning of rifle season. I had played cat and mouse with this buck all bow season but If anyone else were to get him, I’m glad he did. The man who started taking me hunting, and the reason I enjoy the outdoors. I had hundreds of pictures of this deer, doesn’t get much better than this in North/central WV, was also my fathers biggest buck by a hair and he's getting his first deer mount.

On Wednesday afternoon, I connected with this 8 point that I’ve only ever seen one other time. Part of his main beam was broken, not sure if he had been hit by a car at one time or if something else had happened. It looks like it's been broken for a while. I was very happy with this deer.
