Walked over 3 miles yesterday looking for hot sign, was about to give up and head to the camp it was 4pm. Decided to stop and check one last spot. Heavy trail coming out to the road, followed it back about 75 yards and found a fresh scrape. Hurried back to the truck grabbed my stand and had it hung by 5pm. At 5:30 stuck this big public land doe!
