Re: Request for more Podcasts
The pod casts are a very good learning / sharing tool. It is great to have different members with different areas of expertise do the podcasts. There is so much difference in hunting terrains it is almost impossible for any one member to be real efficient at all. That is what I like about the podcasts.
A guy that has hunted the big woods for 25 years is much more aligned to teach, than a guy that has only hunted the big woods sparingly. Same goes for all types of terrains. Experience is is gained over a period of time not instantly. Sharing that experience is what makes the Beast great.

You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

I did list Moondoondude as well, is Dor still actively on here? I haven't saw a post in awhile, but he would be another great one.

Re: Request for more Podcasts
I'd really like to see more educated questions asked to the good "celebrity" hunters. It may be wishful thinking but the discussion with Mark Drury could be epic.

I like the users. Wired to hint has tons of mark drury on it. He has a lot of information but hardly any that relates to big public pieces or highly pressured private. IMHO

Yes, but you are missing my point. I want better questions. Not the regular surface scratchers. Many of these guys know more about whitetail behavior than most guys give them credit for. I'm all for interviewing the contributors but ignoring the obvious mainstream contributors is short sighted IMHO.

Re: Request for more Podcasts
Quite a few gear heads here. I'm not sure how well this would work but I think either a series that focuses on individuals' building and modifying gear to suit specific hunting strategies, or a sort of forum with a bunch of the more gear guys conversing about modifications that work over a selected topic.
Rancid Crabtree.
Dan infalt.
Bowhunter15
Kenn- saddle guy.
Cbigbear.
BassboysLlp
To name but a few. I think some of these discussions would open avenues to highlight different techniques (eg. One Stick climbing; aider climbing; silencing gear and approaches etc. ).
Another good thing about it is that questions can be directed to already existing and developed threads, perhaps increasing traffic to another tremendous asset of HB. Most of the gear modifications already have related photos and videos in the forum to support podcast discussions.
