Just throw a pod in a cargo pocket.

Haven't found a better option. Buy a bunch, spend a few minutes filling them with milkweed and stick them in pockets of all your hunting clothing. Always right where I need them and never forget it.

My binocular harness has mesh elastic pockets on either side. Normally have this on every time I head into the woods or am practicing in the yard. This works great for holding milkweed. I normally keep mine in the right pocket and can just pull it through the mesh whenever I want to quickly check the wind.

Small pouch on my safety harness. If it's going to rain I stick in in my pack in a small baggie

I started using the little suede pouch Iron Will components come in. They are perfect.
