Watched it this afternoon and really liked it. I really appreciate Joe as a person and respect him and his passion as a hunter. Very humble and just has a really even keel about him. And cool bucks and cool stories and always adapting.

Great episode. 8-)

It’s been fun watching Joe grow from a kid here with a million questions to a killing machine in a relatively short time. Perfect example of applying everything that was learned here along with some good ole’ fashioned hard work. Great job Joe.

Have a question - whats the difference between a Swamp and a Refuge?

Amazing episode, really enjoyed watching and re-experiencing alot of Joes Kill-Zone bucks from the passed. Congrats Joe, awesome to see all your accomplishments.

Refuge doesn’t specify terrain, it just means it off limits to hunting. Could be a state game refuge. Or maybe city limits where hunting is not allowed.

Great job Joe! That’s an impressive collection of bucks!

Thanks Ryan, thats what I thought just wanted to be sure so I could better understand some of Joe's comments. Makes total sense.

Nature Conservancy owns a lot of land in WI as well. Some is huntable by permit, some is open, some is off limits. I hunt the borders of some of the off limit ones. Some big deer on those conservancy lands but luckily they don’t know exactly where the property lines are.
