Jesus That’s a toad But hey no smiling in hero shots! Put some paint on your face and look hard core. That’s how it’s done in the pros

Re: Catch of the Day!
Nice fish fellas! I’ve been out with the kids a bunch and even made it out alone a couple weeks ago. Caught 5 walleyes including a 23” and 25”. Pulled the 23” out of 1.5 fow on a sunken island in the middle of the lake. White mimic minnow. Love swim baits! Caught the 25” in 5 fow pulling a gold spinner and night crawler.
Been heading to the camper almost every weekend and been picking up a few pretty consistent. Had the wife and both kids in the boat Saturday and we hammered them. 3 nice eyes, 2 northerns, and 1 bass in an hour! We doubled at the end and had to head in right after that.
My 3 yr old hooked two of them. I’d look over and see her pole bent. Is that weeds or a fish?! “You got a fish Charli! Reel! REEL!!”
Good times

Re: Catch of the Day!
Had my best day so far bass fishing. Both my thumbs are grinded up from grabbing so many. Stayed a couple hours after dark and did about the same in the night. 3 mile bike ride to get back to parking. Fun stuff

Not to shabby for a blue collar, fat guy, with no boat eh? Think in most parts of the country they are more of a myth than anything. For whatever reasons this mudd hole of a lake I live on grows giants. This one just guessing around 70lb and 40 years old. They get much bigger here. Wait til sweeps week!

Re: Catch of the Day!
Finally found the creek again after a month since my first trip. 2 males. One sitting on eggs and the other laid up in a sycamore root. Probably 20lbs max and 30lbs+.

Re: Catch of the Day!
Caught a whopper 2day. 16 3/4 long and 2.81 lbs. My fat rear didn’t do her justice. Suspect I should practice my long arming technique lol. Not the biggest I’ve ever caught but the biggest in quite some time.
