For me, the first step is know the common wind direction during the time you want to hunt. Then study the leeward terrain.
You don't have to be the best, just do your best.

JustDirty nailed the first bullet point. To add to it a bit, I don’t see much for crops, so I would be focusing on leeward sides near any diversity of plants. Deer will use this for a natural browse. I do notice some openings on the tops of some of the ridges which draws my attention. Sunlight hitting the ground creates really great browse for all deer. Of course if the pressure is high in those areas, the deer are willing to travel.

Secondly, these openings should create very thick brush along the edges, which bucks love to bed up against. Keep in mind thick on the leeward sides. Anything with a dense canopy overhead will likely not allow for any thick cover for a buck.

With a boat up the drainages to cut a track, then go from there.

Cyber scouting I would get on Google Earth , back date it to a winter ariel and locate the thickest spots/old clear cuts.

You have some transitions / open areas on the tops of the property. Id start by walking the edges of those, logging roads and the ditches trying to locate big tracks. From there I would decide on where to set some cams.

Also, it can take 2-3 seasons to really find out whats going on w properties. By year 3 you should be knocking them down. One tip for you on hunting hilly peninsulas - when you jump them they will drop straight off those tops into the bottoms and up the next hill. It can frustrating until you learnt he escape routes
