There’s a sow with 3 cubs behind my house regularly going to the standing corn to the east. They are definitely spooking the deer from my plot and from their normal feeding transition. I don’t know if there’s any advice I have, honestly ….

Man that's a mixed issue right there. One the one hand I hate it that they eat so much bait, on the other, you're working on potentially a future booner who is having all these good experiences at your site.

I actually like having smaller or nontarget bears on the bait when I am in the stand hunting, because I know that when a target bear comes, his attention is going to be more focused on them rather than me. You can't really get rid of them without spooking potential shooters either. When I have spooked them, they usually just go nocturnal and eat just as much bait.

No easy answers to this one.

Sneak up on her then run at her with bear spray and chase her off. Preferably have some one video tape the experience.
